REFUND POLICY:  

  •  We will refund you if the product you ordered is on backorder and cannot be delivered to you within 10 business days.  We will call you to determine how you wish to handle the backorder.  
  •  Please examine your merchandise soon after you receive it to make sure it is not damaged. We will refund you your costs or replace for you any item that arrives damaged.  If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately either by e-mail tomboatshp@bellsouth.net  or call 386-345-1280.   We may file a claim with the delivery service involved which will entail some information from you.

RETURN POLICY:  We do not accept return of products with the exception of damaged products!
